As part of its Library Implementation Program, PETROPERU delivered to the Educational Institution No. 16192 “5 de junio”, Bagua, a select sample of Ediciones Copé titles, which will benefit more than 800 primary and secondary school students.

This installment includes works by renowned authors such as César Vallejo, Abraham Valdelomar, Luis Varcárcel and Ciro Alegría, among others. Issues of the " Historia del Perú Antiguo", "Amazonas Ruta Milenaria" and "La Ruta Inca" were also delivered by the state oil company.

The campus director, Arcari Rivera Sena, thanked PETROPERU's initiative in its mission of implementing student and public libraries, because - he said - "it benefits hundreds of students who can now have access to works by these outstanding writers."

The initiative of the state oil company responds to the commitment assumed with the development of education and dissemination of culture in the country, in line with its Cultural Policy, in merit to which it will continue providing access to the publications of Ediciones Copé in different educational institutions and public libraries in the country.
