Commercial Appraisal Service of Dispensable Properties is awarded to Petroperú
- Petroperú informs that, as part of its commitments, on November 10, 2025, the Commercial Appraisal Service of Dispensable Properties for Petroperú S.A. was awarded to the company Plus Tasa S.A.C.
- The service consists of obtaining the commercial value and determining the sale realization value of fifty-five (55) properties owned by Petroperú, located in the departments of Áncash, Huánuco, Lambayeque, Lima, Loreto, Pasco, Piura, Tumbes and Ucayali.
- The execution of this service is part of the process for Proinversión to continue with the corresponding actions for the sale of the aforementioned assets.
- This reaffirms Petroperú's commitment to transparency, financial sustainability and the strengthening of its strategic role in the national energy sector.
