Integral Transformation of Petroperú will proceed to a second call in the second half of November
  1. Petroperú informs that, as part of its commitment to the ordered restructuring measures, on September 26, it convened the International Competition Process No. PCI-002-2025-OFP for the award of the Integral Transformation Service.
  2. The process complied with the minimum technical requirements established in Article 7 of Emergency Decree No.013-2024, such as: 
  • Experience in debt structuring and restructuring operations and negotiation with creditors of companies in the hydrocarbon and/or energy sector.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of processes for restructuring, reorganization or operational transformation of companies in the hydrocarbon and/or energy sector.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of processes for restructuring, reorganization or transformation of the management and governance of companies and/or state entities.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of restructuring, reorganization or operational transformation processes in public entities/institutions or companies with state participation.
  • After the technical review of the five proposals submitted, it was determined that four of them did not meet the minimum technical requirements established, so they were disqualified according to the bases of the process, and the only offer that technically complied exceeded 17% of the estimated reference amount (MER, in Spanish), so on November 7, the first call for the process was declared void. 
  • Then, Petroperú will start the second call in the fortnight of November, inevitably concluding the process in the third week of December.
  • In this way, Petroperú reaffirms its commitment to transparency, integrity and technical rigor in all its contracting processes. Complying with the provisions of the regulatory framework.
