Petroperú's international bonds recovered by 12.2% between April and July 2026, positioning the company as the oil company with the strongest relative bond price recovery compared to other companies in the sector in the region. This performance reflects an improved market perception of the company's financial performance and its ability to meet its obligations on time.

During the period analyzed, the bond maturing in 2047 increased its price from approximately 74 points in April to around 83 points in July. Meanwhile, the bond maturing in 2032 maintained a favorable and stable trend, reinforcing investor confidence in Petroperú's ability to meet its short- and medium-term financial obligations.

The comparative analysis shows that Petroperú registered the strongest relative recovery compared to other oil companies in the region such as Ecopetrol (Colombia), ENAP (Chile), and PEMEX (Mexico), reflecting a significant reduction in the market's perceived risk.

This positive trend was accompanied by favorable financial results throughout 2026, timely interest payments on international bonds, explicit government support, and an improved rating from credit rating agencies.
