The winning works of the 2016 Copé Award were presented with great success in the capital city of La Libertad, within the framework of the 6th Trujillo International Book Fair of -FILT 2017, considered the most important of its kind in the north of the country and where PETROPERU participated with an institutional stand where the best publications of the Copé publishing house were offered.

The presentation was graced by the comments of the writers Ricardo González Vigil and Jorge Valenzuela, who coincided in emphasizing the quality and originality of the essay "Detectives perdidos en la ciudad oscura, novela policial alternativa en Latinoamérica. De Borges a Bolaño", by Diego Trelles Paz, as well as from the story book "El cuadro de Marilyn y los cuentos ganadores y finalistas", by writers Santiago Merino Acevedo, María Lourdes Torres Saric and Miguel Ángel Torres Vitolas, among others.

Both Gonzalez Vigil and Valenzuela expressed their satisfaction with the contribution of the State Company in the dissemination of these copies because, they said, one way or another they "drive interest in reading", both agreeing to emphasize the continued support of PETROPERU for the dissemination of the letters in our country.

In this way, PETROPERÚ concludes with great success its decentralized presence in the cities of Huancayo, Lima, Cusco, Pucallpa, Iquitos and Huamanga, in a new and renewed effort to bring culture to all Peruvians.
