Petroperú's new Board of Directors begins dialogue with investors and reaffirms commitment to transparent and results-oriented management

Petroperú held its second-quarter 2026 results conference call today, bringing together investors, creditors, financial institutions, analysts, and other market participants interested in the company's performance. The session was led by Chairman of the Board Oliver Stark and included participation from Vice Chairman of the Board Carlos Linares, General Manager Luis Suárez, representatives from ProInversión, and the management team responsible for presenting the company's key operational, financial, commercial, and sustainability performance.
“Our goal is to move toward a stronger, more predictable, and more sustainable company. To achieve this, we are focused on strengthening management discipline, improving decision-making processes, and ensuring that every action contributes to regaining competitiveness and value creation capacity. We know the market expects concrete and consistent signals. For this reason, we want Petroperú's progress to be measured by its operational, financial, and corporate results, and by fulfilling its commitments,” Stark stated. He also reported that the Board of Directors is promoting a roadmap aimed at strengthening the company's finances, optimizing its operations, and consolidating modern corporate governance standards.
The Chairman of the Board further reaffirmed the importance of maintaining a transparent and ongoing relationship with the financial community, based on verifiable information and accountability. In this regard, he maintained that restoring trust is a fundamental management objective.
During the presentation, the company's managers outlined the main operational and financial results for the period, as well as progress related to Petroperú's comprehensive reorganization process, the implementation of the measures stipulated in Emergency Decrees No. 010-2025 and No. 003-2026, the performance of the refining, exploration, and production businesses, commercial management, the financial situation, and actions related to sustainability and corporate governance.
The coordinated work being carried out with ProInversión and the relevant entities for the implementation of the mechanisms included in the reorganization process was also highlighted, including progress in financial strengthening instruments and control
structures aimed at ensuring management with greater levels of traceability, oversight, and governance.
With this first presentation to investors, the new Board of Directors reaffirms its commitment to maintaining ongoing dialogue with the market and continuing to strengthen Petroperú's transparency, corporate governance, and sustainability—fundamental pillars for contributing to the restoration of confidence and the strengthening of the company for the benefit of its stakeholders and the country's energy security.
