The Laboratory at the Talara Refinery renews its international accreditation

The Talara Refinery laboratory successfully passed the external field audit conducted by the Accreditation Directorate of the National Institute of Quality (INACAL), as part of the renewal process for its accreditation under the NTP ISO/IEC 17025 standard, which certifies the technical competence of testing laboratories and the reliability of their results.

With this evaluation, the laboratory obtained its fifth international accreditation for 18 testing methods under international standards, extending its validity until 2030. This important milestone consolidates the Talara Refinery laboratory as one of the most modern and best-equipped in the country, and also strengthens the confidence and international recognition of the results issued, which guarantee the quality and safety of the fuels that Petroperú markets in the national market.
