The first VAO convenience store in the Piura region, and the ninth nationally, opened its doors to offer a series of good quality products at competitive prices to drivers traveling along the Paita-Sullana road, bound for the well-known resort of Colan.
The new commercial establishment was recently inaugurated by Petroperú and its strategic partner Consorcio Zacas SAC, in order to offer a new experience to final consumers of this service station affiliated with its national network.
This commercial strategy has been successfully consolidated at the national level, providing a different offer to customers and strengthening the presence and identity of Petroperú in the national fuel market.
To date, nine VAO Lima, Trujillo and Piura convenience stores have been opened, in which Petroperú has implemented a franchise-type standardization model that contemplates the optimization of the service process for its final consumers.
Thanks to this commercial strategy, Petroperú ranked first in the Ranking CX Index, Customer Experience Index in Peru 2022, organized by Centrum PUCP, Datum International and XCustomer Group, in the category of Service Stations, for standing out in the dimensions of brand, product, service and emotional experience.
