We are the first company in the sector to be certified in the Integrated Corporate Management System

PETROPERU received the certification of its Integrated Corporate Management System (SIG-C). The general manager of the company, Esteban Bertarelli, received the certifications from SGS Certification Manager of Peru, Oscar Saco, during a ceremony held in the auditorium of the company's main office.

PETROPERU is the first company in the hydrocarbons sector in the country to be certified in the SIG-C, which includes the international standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and OHSAS 18001: 2007.

This corporate tool manages environmental protection, the prevention of accidents, the deterioration of workplace health and the satisfaction of the needs of customers. In addition, it systematizes the management of quality, environment and workplace health and safety, through the use of a corporate application.

With the SIG-C, the elements used by the company in the daily management and the improvement of institutional performance are interrelated to deliver products and services that comply with all the adopted standards and the requirements of the stakeholders, using management as a base processes, within the framework of the strategic and development plans.

To obtain this recognition, PETROPERU worked to avoid duplicity of functions, significantly reduce the quantity of documents and optimize the effectiveness of all operational and administrative processes. Esteban Bertarelli congratulated all the staff for their great effort and dedication during the long workdays to achieve this goal.

This important business achievement systematizes the management of quality, environment and workplace safety and health through the use of modern tools that involve a culture of innovation.
