Call for international tenders for the contracting of services of Integral Transformation of Petroperú and Forensic Analysis (audit) of the New Talara Refinery

Petroperú has launched two strategic processes for the hiring of a company specialized in Integral Transformation of Petroperú S.A. and for the performance of the Forensic Analysis of the New Talara Refinery.

The international public tender for the contracting of the service of a specialized firm that is responsible for designing and managing the implementation of the Integral Transformation Process of Petroperú S.A., -CTO, Chief Transformation Officer— whose function will be to accompany the Board of Directors in the implementation of strategic, operational and financial measures for the sustainability of the company. Proposals may be submitted until October 24, 2025.

Likewise, in accordance with Board of Directors Agreement No. 112-2024, an international tender has been called for the Internal Forensic Analysis service of the New Talara Refinery (Audit), which will review all the stages of the megaproject from its origin to its operation in order to identify relevant technical and financial findings. Proposals may be submitted until 20 October 2025.
