Engineer Gustavo Villa Mora is the designated general manager of Petroperú

The Board of Directors of Petroperú announces the appointment of the new General Manager, engineer Gustavo Adolfo Villa Mora, effective February 21, 2026.

Villa Mora holds a degree in petrochemical engineering from the National University of Engineering (UNI) and an MBA from ESAN, specializing in Energy Management. He has completed the Advanced Specialization Program (PAE) in Finance at ESAN and studies in Project Management at the University of Piura.

Engineer Villa Mora has nearly 20 years of experience in the hydrocarbons sector, with a distinguished track record in Operations and Project Execution. At Petroperú, he has served as Operations Manager for Talara and Head of the Talara Refinery Modernization Project (PMRT), among other responsibilities.

We are confident in his leadership to drive the reactivation and business development program that Petroperú has undertaken.
