Engineer Rita López assumes the General Management of Petroperú

The Board of Directors of Petroperú appointed engineer Rita Lorena López Saavedra as the company's General Manager, through Board Resolution No. 002-2026.

Rita Lorena López Saavedra is a chemical engineer from the National University of San Marcos and holds a Master's degree in Administration with a specialization in Finance from ESAN. She also has extensive professional experience, backed by more than twenty years with the company, during which she has held management positions in the areas of planning and management control, economic studies, and strategy. Her experience also includes leading corporate planning processes, conducting economic and financial analysis, and managing strategies focused on operational and financial sustainability.

This appointment is part of the reorganization process that Petroperú has been implementing, in accordance with the provisions of Emergency Decree No. 010-2025, which establishes extraordinary economic and financial measures for the reorganization of Petroperú's assets and to guarantee the continuity of the production chain in the country.
