Petroperú and Serpost sign an agreement to bring postal services closer nationwide
- Serpost presented a postmark commemorating Petroperú's 56th anniversary.

Petroperú and Peruvian Postal Services (Serpost) signed a cooperation agreement to implement postal service modules at service stations affiliated with the Petroperú Network, thus expanding the coverage of these services in different regions of the country.
The agreement, signed by Petroperú General Manager, Óscar Vera Gargurevich, and Serpost General Manager, Alexander Infantes Pomar, will be valid for an initial one year, with the option to renew. This collaboration does not include financial commitments between the parties, and each station affiliated with the Petroperú Network may voluntarily join through specific agreements.
The alliance will make it possible to bring national and international postal services to more Peruvians, taking advantage of the extensive territorial coverage of service stations affiliated with the Petroperú Network and Serpost's operational infrastructure. "This agreement allows us to advance the decentralization of the postal service, strengthening our presence in strategic locations throughout the country," Infantes Pomar emphasized. For her part, Vera Gargurevich reaffirmed Petroperú's commitment to national development. "We are making more than 710 service stations affiliated with the Petroperú Network available to the country's postal service, providing a social impact by fulfilling the role of bringing postal services closer to the national level."
Commemorative postmark
During the ceremony, a commemorative postmark was also presented for Petroperú's 56th institutional anniversary, in recognition of its contribution to the country's development. This special postmark will be available for one month starting today and will be applied to all correspondence processed by Serpost.
Also participating in the event were Jorge Luis Taboada Socarraz, Vice President of the Serpost Board of Directors; Rafael Martínez Román, Corporate Manager of Commercial and Supply Chain at Petroperú, as well as other officials from both institutions.
