Petroperú appoints Gustavo Villa Mora as Acting General Manager

The Board of Directors of Petroperú, through Board Resolution No. 142-2025-PP, appointed Gustavo Adolfo Villa Mora as the company's General Manager, effective December 6, 2025. The decision was led by the Chairman of the Board, as part of the process of consolidating the management team, with the objective of strengthening the company's strategic and operational leadership.

Villa Mora had been serving as Operations Manager in Talara. He is a petrochemical engineer, graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI), and holds an MBA from ESAN, specializing in Energy Management. He has also complemented his training with a specialization program in Finance (PAE – ESAN) and in Project Management from the University of Piura, consolidating an interdisciplinary profile oriented towards operations and strategic decision-making.

He also has almost two decades of experience in the hydrocarbon industry, especially in operations and project execution. With this appointment, Petroperú continues to promote a management structure focused on operational efficiency, strengthening internal processes, and making decisions aligned with the priorities of the company and the country.
