Petroperú appoints José Manuel Rodríguez Haya as general manager

The Board of Directors of Petroperú appointed José Manuel Rodríguez Haya as General Manager, as of October 25, 2025, through Board Agreement No. 126-2025-PP, approved on October 24, 2015.

Rodríguez Haya is a lawyer, has a master's degree in Work Psychology and Organizations from the San Martín de Porres University, the Specialization Program in Applied Finance for Non-Financials from the Universidad del Pacífico, the Senior Management Program (pad) from the University of Piura, the Diploma in Strategic Management of Labor Relations from the Universidad del Pacífico, the CEO Innovation Management Program of the IESE from the University of Navarra, among other specialization studies.

With more than 32 years of experience in Petroperú and the public sector, serving in managerial and leadership positions in the Main Office, Talara Refinery and Conchán Refinery. He has also held the position of general manager, director and advisor of the Senior Management of the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection (Sunafil).

Prior to his appointment, he served as corporate manager of Administration and advisor to the Board of Directors.
