Petroperú awarded the Forensic Analysis process of the New Talara Refinery
- Petroperú reports that, as part of its commitment to transparency, on September 26, it convened the International Competition Process No. PCI-001-2025-OFP for the award of the Forensic Analysis service of the New Talara Refinery, which will review all the stages of the megaproject from its origin to its operation with the aim of making its development transparent.
- As a result of the process, today 10.11.2025 the Goodwill has been granted to the company Alvarez & Marsal Consultoria em Engenharia Ltda. for a total amount of USD 2'748,989.32 (Two million seven hundred forty-eight thousand nine hundred eighty-nine with 32/100 US Dollars) including taxes of Law and any other concept that is applicable and that may affect the value of this service. The detail of the evaluation and result is duly published in accordance with the bases of the process.
- It should be noted that the process established minimum technical requirements that safeguard independence and impartiality, in addition to ensuring specific experience in forensic analysis in oil refineries, petrochemical or chemical plants.
- The measure responds to the provisions of Board of Directors Agreement No.112-2024-PP, which establishes concrete actions for the performance of the respective forensic analysis, aimed at strengthening the management and transparency of the state company.
- This reinforces Petroperú's commitment to transparency, financial sustainability and the strengthening of its strategic role in the national energy sector.
