Petroperú denies false information about medical and water services at its headquarters

In response to the publication in the newspaper El Comercio, the company clarifies the following:

  1. It is false that the water service at Petroperú headquarters was cut off due to nonpayment. This week, maintenance work on the water supply equipment was scheduled, which caused the service to be cut off for a short period during the day.
  2. It is false that medical care for workers has been restricted. The Family Medical Assistance Program (PAMF) continues to provide coverage to all workers in all clinics affiliated with the company's medical program.
  3. Furthermore, the delivery of medications remains guaranteed, both in the clinics' pharmacies and in two pharmacy chains associated with the program.
  4. Petroperú rejects the dissemination of FALSE information based on rumors and reiterates that all journalistic publications must be supported by verifiable sources.
  5. Finally, Petroperú reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal action regarding the publication of information that undermines the company's image and reputation, reaffirming its commitment to transparency and responsible communication.
