Petroperú ensures continuous operation and fuel supply nationwide

In response to the announcement of a 72-hour work stoppage called by some of the company's union organizations starting at 00:00 hours on January 19, 2026, Petroperú reports the following:

1. Petroperú maintains operational continuity at all its facilities and guarantees the normal supply of fuels nationwide, as well as regular customer service at its plants, terminals, and administrative offices.
2. At all its facilities, the company has implemented the necessary measures to maintain safe and efficient operations, within the framework of its contingency plans.
3. Petroperú has been notified by the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion that the 72-hour strike call was deemed inadmissible; however, in accordance with current regulations, this decision allows for a three-day period for its possible reconsideration.
4. The company continues to implement restructuring measures, within the framework of Emergency Decree No. 010-2025, aimed at strengthening its management, ensuring operational and financial sustainability, and guaranteeing the country's fuel supply.
