Petroperú ensures continuous operation and fuel supply nationwide

In response to the announcement of a 72-hour work stoppage called by some of the company's union organizations starting at 00:00 hours on January 19, 2026, Petroperú reports the following:
- Petroperú maintains operational continuity at all its facilities and guarantees the normal supply of fuels nationwide, as well as regular customer service at its plants, terminals, and administrative offices.
- At all its facilities, the company has implemented the necessary measures to maintain safe and efficient operations, within the framework of its contingency plans.
- Petroperú has been notified by the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion that the 72-hour strike call was deemed inadmissible; however, in accordance with current regulations, this decision allows for a three-day period for its possible reconsideration.
- The company continues to implement restructuring measures, within the framework of Emergency Decree No. 010-2025, aimed at strengthening its management, ensuring operational and financial sustainability, and guaranteeing the country's fuel supply.
