Petroperú includes its main headquarters on the list of non-strategic assets

Petroperú has included its main headquarters, located at 150 Canaval y Moreyra Avenue in San Isidro (Lima), on the list of non-essential and non-strategic assets currently being evaluated with technical assistance from the Private Investment Promotion Agency (ProInversión).

This action aims to identify the most suitable management alternative from an economic and technical standpoint, prioritizing criteria of asset efficiency, financial sustainability, and alignment with the company's corporate strategy.

The evaluation is being conducted within the framework of ProInversión's authority to provide technical assistance to public entities, as well as the agreement signed between the two institutions on July 18, 2025. This agreement includes the review of information submitted by Petroperú, the resolution of specialized inquiries, and the preparation of a technical assessment to determine the most appropriate management model for each property. In accordance with Emergency Decree No. 013-2024, the analysis will consider various alternatives, including sale, lease, transfer of use, or other viable options based on the technical and economic evaluation.

With the addition of its headquarters, Petroperú now has 60 assets under evaluation by ProInversión, as part of a comprehensive process to optimize its real estate portfolio.

This measure reaffirms the company's commitment to responsible and efficient asset management, as well as to making decisions based on technical criteria, for the benefit of its sustainability and the State.
