PETROPERÚ ranked first in the CX Index Ranking, Customer Experience Index in Peru 2022, organized by Centrum PUCP, Datum International and XCustomer Group, in the category of Service Stations for standing out in the dimensions of brand, product, service and emotional experience.

The CX Index is a unique customer experience measurement model that recognizes the country's leading companies that best manage interaction with their consumers. The state company obtained first place thanks to the work it has been carrying out in the PETROPERÚ Network, made up of 704 affiliated service stations throughout the country.

This important recognition is a consequence of the work with the PETROPERÚ Network, where a franchise-type standardization model is being progressively implemented, which includes the change to a new visual identity and improvement of the service process, which allows a better experience for the final consumer, recognizing thus the quality of the products, the high level of services and the competitive prices.

Additionally, PETROPERÚ has launched the monthly "Mystery Shopper" program at the national level, through which the best island operators and the best service stations are rewarded for their outstanding work.

Likewise, training programs are constantly carried out aimed at reinforcing service protocols and a new own brand of convenience stores called VAO has also been launched, which already has five stores in the country, hoping to end 2022 with five. more stores. All this work is aligned with the goal of improving the consumer experience in an increasingly competitive market.
