Petroperú reports on actions for reorganization in compliance with E. D. No. 010-2025

In relation to recent information disseminated in some media outlets, Petroperú informs the public about the actions it is implementing in compliance with Emergency Decree No. 010-2025:

1. Petroperú's Management and Administration are conducting the reorganization process in a technically sound, responsible, and coordinated manner with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Energy and Mines, and ProInversión, in accordance with and in strict compliance with the guidelines defined by the State as a shareholder.
2. Within this framework, Petroperú is carrying out a comprehensive evaluation of its organizational structure, which includes a technical review of processes and functions, with the aim of defining a new organizational structure based on criteria of efficiency, sustainability, and operational continuity, as established in the aforementioned Emergency Decree.
3. In this evaluation phase, and to ensure that the actions to be implemented strictly adhere to the current regulatory framework, Petroperú has sought specialized legal advice to guide the definition and implementation of the measures deemed pertinent, in accordance with the Fourth Transitory Complementary Provision.
4. Petroperú clarifies that any action taken will be carried out in strict compliance with current labor regulations, guaranteeing respect for labor rights, as well as the principles of legality, transparency, and accountability.

Petroperú reaffirms its commitment to comply with the provisions established in Emergency Decree No. 010-2025, whose objective is to contribute to the economic and financial sustainability of the company, within the framework of responsible, technical management aligned with the interest of the State as a shareholder.
