Petroperú signs agreement with Proinversión for the sale of unproductive assets

Petroperú and the Private Investment Promotion Agency (Proinversión) signed an inter-institutional agreement this Friday, July 18th, for the sale, disposal, and/or other management of properties identified by the state-owned company, located in different regions of the country, within the framework of Emergency Decree No. 013-2024.

The signing of the agreement took place at Petroperú's Main Office and was attended by Petroperú Chairman of the Board, Alejandro Narváez Liceras; Petroperú General Manager, Oscar Vera Gargurevich; Proinversión Executive Director, Luis Del Carpio Castro; and Proinversión Executive Director Advisor, Gustavo Villegas Del Solar.

This initiative is part of Petroperú's organizational plan to reduce unproductive assets and focus on strategic assets for the company's financial sustainability. It also represents an opportunity to attract private investment through a transparent process led by Proinversión.
