Petroperú met with its main suppliers to report on the actions being implemented within the framework of Emergency Decree No. 013-2024, which establishes extraordinary measures for the company's financial efficiency and to ensure its operational sustainability.
During the meeting, chaired by the Chairman of the Board, Alejandro Narváez Liceras, and the General Manager, Oscar Vera Gargurevich, the strengthening of ties with supplier companies, considered strategic allies in Petroperú's various operating and commercial units, was highlighted. Along these lines, a collaborative approach was promoted to activate administrative and technical solutions that allow the company to address the challenges of its new environment with responsibility, transparency, and a shared vision.
Likewise, the actions that the company will implement in compliance with Emergency Decree No. 013-2024, which establishes a 30% reduction in the operating and investment budget, were detailed. These measures include adapting contracts with the various service companies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
