The new Talara Refinery obtains hydrocarbon registration from Osinergmin

Through Resolution No. 12074-2025-OS-GSE/DSR-OR PIURA of April 23, 2025, the Energy and Mining Investment Supervisory Agency (Osinergmin) approved the request to modify the Talara Refinery's Hydrocarbon Registry, considering the expansion of its operating capacity and the incorporation of its processing units, auxiliary units, and port facilities.

This milestone reaffirms Petroperú's commitment to operational excellence, industrial safety, and environmental sustainability, while strengthening the country's capacity to guarantee the efficient supply of clean fuels, in accordance with the highest international standards.
