The second call for bids for Petroperú's Comprehensive Transformation Service has been launched
- Petroperú reports that as part of its commitment to the restructuring measures in place, it has proceeded with the second call for the International Competition Process No. PCI-002-2025-OFP for the award of the Comprehensive Transformation Service.
- The process complies with establishing the minimum technical requirements set forth in Article 7 of Emergency Decree No. 013-2024, such as the following:
- Experience in debt structuring and restructuring operations and negotiation with creditors of companies in the hydrocarbons and/or energy sector.
- Experience in the design and implementation of restructuring, reorganization, or operational transformation processes for companies in the hydrocarbons and/or energy sector.
- Experience in the design and implementation of restructuring, reorganization, or transformation processes for the management and governance of state-owned companies and/or entities.
- Experience in the design and implementation of restructuring, reorganization, or operational transformation processes in public entities/institutions or companies with state participation.
